City of Holyoke Business Emergency Operations Grant - provides financial assistance to business owners for the purpose of assisting small  businesses with less than 500 employees to withstand and mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 public health emergency. Please make sure that you read the Policies and Procedures Manual  as well as fill out the Online Application.

Find an eligible SBA lender near them via the SBA’s online tool.

​

Small businesses may use this to find a lender in their area participating in the Paycheck Protection Program if they do not have an existing relationship with an SBA lender.

SBA Debt Relief Program - SBA will pay the principal, interest, and any “associated fees” that Borrowers owe on a “covered loan” in a “regular servicing status” to Lenders and CDCs for a 6-month period. Read the SBA Procedural Notice   More on SBA Debt Relief Program

Paycheck Protection Program - An SBA loan that helps businesses keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Upon documentation of use for payment to employees, the loan is forgiven, effectively making it a grant.

​

PPP Equity Initiative - The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering forgivable loans to cover eight weeks of your payroll and operating costs such as rent. This is a major opportunity to help your company pull through the COVID crisis and stay in business.

​

SBA Express Bridge Loan Pilot Program - Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.

​

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan and $10K Loan Advance - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, small business owners are eligible to apply for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan advance of up to $10,000. The loan advance will provide economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing a temporary loss of revenue. Funds will be made available within three days of a successful application, and this loan advance will not have to be repaid.

Small Business Association Disaster Assistance – The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Empowerment Grant for Small Businesses

To support the needs of Massachusetts small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Application deadline is May 29, 2020. Funding decisions will be made by June 12, 2020.

 

Keep the Doors Open - provides a potential lifeline for small and medium sized business owners in your district who may feel overwhelmed about restarting their businesses or servicing new debt to recover from the economic toll of the pandemic.

 

Philanthropy Massachusetts Funding Resources - Various sources of funding available in the state, including the Massachusetts COVID-19 Relief Fund,initiated by First Lady, Lauren Baker and the One8 Foundation.

​

Community Foundation Grants for Non Profits - Provides flexible resources to organizations that are working with communities at the intersection of being most vulnerable to the virus and most impacted by inequity.

 

United Way of Pioneer Valley Recovery and Relief Fund - Funds will go to organizations and programs that address the long term economic and human service needs of the people of Western Massachusetts.

Bartender Emergency Assistance Program - The USBG National Charity Foundation is offering grants for affected bartenders.

National Restaurant Association Relief Fund

​

Sam Adams Beer and Greg Hill Foundation - Grant offered to bars and restaurants.

​

Manufacturing Emergency Response Team (M-ERT): M-ERT initiativeManufacturers can apply for grants through an online form to help scale their operations to produce PPE and other critical items. Grants are for equipment, materials, supplies, workforce training and other needs.
